Customers requesting airport transportation should provide accurate airline and flight information whenever available.

8. Vehicle Damage and Cleaning

Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess, spills, stains, smoking, vomiting, or other conditions requiring cleaning beyond normal use.
The responsible customer may be charged for reasonable repair, replacement, or cleaning costs.
9. Alcohol

Passengers must meet all legal age requirements for alcohol possession or consumption.
San Francisco Air Jet Limo reserves the right to restrict alcohol when necessary to comply with applicable law or transportation requirements.
10. Passenger and Luggage Capacity
Passengers must provide an accurate passenger count and reasonable luggage information before booking.
Vehicles cannot exceed legal or manufacturer-recommended passenger capacity.
San Francisco Air Jet Limo may recommend a larger vehicle when passenger or luggage requirements exceed the capacity of the requested vehicle.
11. Vehicle Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide the requested vehicle.
In the event of mechanical issues, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or other circumstances, San Francisco Air Jet Limo may provide a comparable vehicle when reasonably necessary.
Specific vehicle availability is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed as part of the reservation.
12. Wine Tours and Sightseeing Tours
Customers are responsible for making their own winery, restaurant, attraction, or event reservations unless otherwise expressly stated.
Transportation reservations do not automatically include:
- Winery tasting fees
- Admission tickets
- Restaurant reservations
- Attraction tickets
- Event tickets
- Food or beverages
Customers should verify schedules, availability, and reservation requirements directly with third-party destinations.
13. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
San Francisco Air Jet Limo will make reasonable efforts to provide timely transportation.
However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Accidents
- Weather
- Construction
- Airport delays
- Government actions
- Public events
- Mechanical emergencies
- Natural disasters
Customers should allow sufficient travel time, especially for airport transportation and time-sensitive events.
14. Personal Property
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
San Francisco Air Jet Limo is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten personal property unless required by applicable law.
If you believe you left an item in one of our vehicles, contact us as soon as possible.
